Leading Sustainability Efforts

AgriWomen Project

Empowering 27 women in Alramtha through a 3-day training program focused on home-based gardening businesses. The training covered essential skills in gardening techniques, climate change adaptation, financial management, and practical planting. The initiative was funded by the European Union and aimed at providing economic independence to women in the community.

Powering Sustainable Agriculture

Addressing water scarcity in Jordanian agriculture through modern irrigation technologies. The project introduced solar-powered irrigation systems and rainwater harvesting techniques to optimize water usage. Farmers received strategic training on sustainable irrigation practices, leading to improved crop yield and long-term food security. Supported by the Embassy of Poland in Amman, this initiative emphasizes environmental sustainability and resilience.

Green Steps Project

Enhancing environmental awareness among 9th-grade students through interactive education sessions. Covering topics such as climate change, water conservation, and waste management, the program aimed to instill long-term sustainable behaviors. Students were equipped with practical knowledge and tools for environmental stewardship. Funded by The Polish Aid, the project also introduced waste management solutions, such as additional recycling bins and awareness campaigns.
